Overnight stay in a Berber village
You will spend two days exploring the villages and valleys of the Atlas Mountains in the Toubkal National Park, trekking past juniper trees and pine forests. You'll visit the picturesque waterfalls of the Tamsoult in the verdant Azzaden Valley. The mountains serve as a weather system barrier that leaves the park isolated from the vicissitudes of the Sahara and the more Mediterranean feel of Marrakech and the north.

- Discover the Berber villages of the Atlas Mountain
- Meet Locals
- Visit the Waterfalls
During your stay with the Berber people, you will have the opportunity to see how they live, cook and spend their leisure time. They are fond of singing, cooking hearty mountain meals of bread, soup and other dishes and have hand-built houses made from pise (a mixture of mud and stone). They are very friendly and welcoming and will be more than pleased to show around their homes.
It is not unheard of for Berber's live into their 90's and it is common for Berber people to have extended families in their abodes.
